4. Quote Requests and Services

Submitting a quote request through this Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All quotes are subject to review, feasibility assessment, material availability, and written confirmation by DDM Systems.
By submitting a quote request or technical files, you represent that:
  • You have the legal right and authorization to share the files and information you submit.
  • The project does not involve controlled technical data subject to export restrictions without proper licensing.
  • You understand that submitted files may be reviewed by our engineering team for quoting purposes.
Actual terms of service, delivery timelines, pricing, and warranties are governed exclusively by the written purchase order or services agreement executed between DDM Systems and the customer. Nothing on this Site constitutes a warranty or guarantee of specific results.

5. ITAR and Export Compliance

DDM Systems, Inc. is ITAR Registered with the U.S. Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
By using this Site or submitting information to us, you agree not to provide, share, or transmit any data, technical drawings, specifications, or other controlled information subject to ITAR or EAR restrictions unless all required export licenses and authorizations are confirmed to be in place.
DDM Systems reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement where export control requirements cannot be properly satisfied. Suspected or actual violations of U.S. export control laws will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
